La Quinta Hot Rod, Classic and Custom Car Show – February 4th
Join car enthusiasts displaying their beautiful vehicles, all while enjoying other entertainment, food and a beer garden. Vote for the best car to win the People’s Choice Award.
Star Party & Night Adventures – February 4th
At the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains National Monument Visitor Center in the Palm Desert, there will be sky tours using telescopes and giant binoculars, plus viewings of the nocturnal animals of the desert. A fun party for all ages.
Builders Expo and Art Fair – February 8th
Meet with vendors and experts in the building industry, while listening to talks, trying out products and learning more at the demonstrations. Not only that, you can shop, eat and win prizes. Located at The Art Place in the Palm Desert, this is a free event.
Taste of Jalisco – February 11th
Located on the Festival Lawn in Cathedral City, this all-day event will feature food, live music, fireworks, a kid’s zone, a parade and of course, tequila.
North Shore Xtreme – February 10th – 12th
In the Salton Sea State Recreation Area, this event will feature fun and competitive races at the Salton Sea. Camping and paddling, along with vendors selling goods and food will be just part of the fun. In an effort to save the Salton Sea area, this event is something everyone should attend.
Riverside County Fair and National Date Festival – February 16th – 17th
There is so much fun to be had at this fair in Indio including camel and ostrich races, monster trucks, musical pageants and the star of the show: the world’s largest transformer.
Palm Springs Parade and Town Fair – February 25th
In their 30th year, visit the downtown area to watch the parade on Palm Canyon Drive, then head to Frances Stevens Park for the annual town fair.
Greek Festival – February 25th and 26th
With everything Greek, this festival is fun for the entire family. A kid’s corner is for the little ones, while the rest is for everyone and includes: Greek food, music, dancing, culture and vendors. Located at the St. George Greek Orthodox Church in Palm Desert.
Red Carpet Oscar Party – February 26th
At Vicky’s of Santa Fe in Indian Wells, you can experience the red carpet right here in the Valley. Telecast on the big screens live, there will complimentary cocktails and wine, plus a special dinner menu and guest performances. This is not-to-be-missed event!
